SHIPPING AND RATES POLICY
Order processing: ENTROPÍA will process your order online within 3-7 business days, as long as products are in stock, if not, we will communicate with our users through the means that you have indicated. We will ship on business days from Monday to Friday. As soon as your order leaves our hands, you will receive the tracking details in your inbox or via whatsapp. If you need your order faster, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will do our best to accommodate your request!
Order shipping: For shipments within Costa Rica, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days, however, when the products are ordered framed or personalized, the estimated delivery time will be 7 to 15 business days. Notice: The prints and professional framing service are made against request, so that there may be delays depending on the availability of materials and production times for such purposes our collaborators will contact users using the means of communication that in the order would have pointed out.
NATIONAL SHIPMENTS (COSTA RICA):

Users declare that as a result of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, there may be delays in the delivery of their orders.
Users express their acceptance that the cost of shipping may vary according to the destination of the order.
We ship internationally, with some exceptions. Framed or fragile products are not shipped. The prints are sent in cardboard tube-type packaging and the use of plastic is necessary to protect the works in transit.
It should be taken into account that international orders take a period that may comprise between 7 and 15 business days, however, as a result of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, there may be delays in the delivery of their orders, which the user states that he understands. and accept.
Taxes for international shipments vary according to the legislation of each country, so they cannot be estimated in advance, the user will assume the payment of these at the time of delivery. ENTROPÍA is not responsible for import fees, taxes, or any other custom fees in case your package is processed by the customs of the country of shipment or destination.
We accept credit, debit and Paypal cards. If the payment is made through electronic transfer, the user agrees to send the proof of payment with the order number in the description, within a period of less than 24 hours. Otherwise, the order will be canceled. When using the electronic transfer payment method, you must send the proof of payment to: email@example.com specifying the order number in the detail of said proof.

Any warranty claim must be made within 30 business days of receipt of the product.
For the purposes of making the warranty claim, the user must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating the damages or defects, with the product received and send the damaged product to the physical facilities of ENTROPÍA, for such purposes, ENTROPÍA will provide in the information and necessary details of the shipment in the mail of response to said management. Likewise, the user must present a printed copy of the invoice.
The warranty covers only manufacturing or hidden defects, printing errors, framing problems inherent in the assembly-making process, or a severe problem in the packaging that has damaged the work or materials.
The client must review in person the deliveries of framed prints at the time of delivery. Once the work is received, claims for damage to trim or glass are not accepted.
Due to the nature of ENTROPÍA’s products, illustrated digitally or by hand, printed to order to ensure paper quality, manipulated to be signed, stamped and packaged manually, they may adopt slight variations in color and design, and signature, trim color , seal location, among others, may vary from piece to piece. We celebrate this as a sign of a truly unique piece. When ordering multiples, we do our best to ensure that the parts are as similar as possible.
Limited edition prints (illustrations) with or without framing, wallpapers, discontinued and sale items, any personalized or handcrafted quality product, are for final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit at line, with the exception of severe damage hidden or not visible both in the packaging that has damaged the work during delivery, such as the appearance of mold on the paper within the warranty period, or framing problems (damage to glass or adhesion trim). We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The safe arrival of returned products is also the responsibility of the customer, as well as any changes or adjustments that require additional shipping costs.
If an item is returned without prior approval, or if an item arrives and does not meet the requirements of our return policy, we have the right to deny a return or exchange.
There will be a period of seven (7) business days from the moment of receipt of the product to return the order or part of it, which must be requested only through the email email@example.com
The product will be replaced or, otherwise, the money will be reimbursed to the card used to make the payment in question, after receiving the product at ENTROPÍA’s physical facilities, within a maximum period of 30 business days.
Order changes and cancellations
We are unable to cancel or change made-to-order, custom, or advance purchases once they have been confirmed.
In some circumstances, we may cancel your order as long as it has not been sent to production. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com as soon as possible. However, we cannot guarantee the ability to cancel your order, but we will do our best to assist you.
In the case of prints or personalized products, cancellations are not accepted.
